One of our friendly assistants will communicate with you regarding your order and any payments due via OZOW, if applicable. Once the order has been finalized and paid, you will receive a one-time-pin via SMS to access your medication in the locker.
Kindly note that a locker can hold a small to medium-sized order.

Delivery Option 1:
Order and finalize payment before 12 pm, receive package that afternoon.

EMAIL ORDERING
Email Orders:
Place an order for over-the-counter medications, new prescriptions, or your standing repeat medication via email at
pharmacy@healthchem.org.
Please ensure to include all of the relevant details we may need to process your request such as:
- Main member's initials and surname
- Name of patient/dependent requesting medication
- Physical address
- Medical aid name and number
- Your contact number (cellphone)
- List of medications required
Collect from our 24-hour collection boxes, in-store, or let us know if you would prefer delivery to your home address within the Midstream estate.
The turnaround time for emailed orders is 2-4 business hours. Orders placed after 12 pm will be ready the following day.
One of our friendly assistants will respond to your request as soon as possible to communicate any further information pertaining to your request,
or to arrange payment for your order via OZOW or with a card machine (where applicable).
Delivery is free for all prescription and repeat medication orders. A delivery fee of R 60.00 is charged on over-the-counter orders less than the value of R 300.00.

ONSITE NURSE
Our dedicated onsite nurse is available to provide a range of immunisations for both children and adults, administer flu vaccines, and conduct the Discovery Wellness Test.
IMMUNISATIONS : ADULT
Sr. Gouws, a qualified Professional Nurse, runs a clinic at Midstream Pharmacy offering Department of Health-prescribed and optional vaccines for all age groups.
Vaccines, including flu shots, are available by appointment, with fees payable at the pharmacy.

The clinic provides professional care, including screenings, health management, and support programs, serving as a first point of contact for basic health concerns.
IMMUNISATIONS : BABIES
Sr. Gouws, a qualified Professional Nurse, runs a clinic at Midstream Pharmacy, offering vaccinations for infants, children, teenagers, and adults as prescribed by the Department of Health, along with optional recommended vaccines. Flu and other vaccines are also available, with a vaccine fee and consultation payable at the pharmacy.
Immunisations are administered by appointment only, and availability can be confirmed by calling 012 940 9220.
Midstream Pharmacy Clinic provides professional care and support, including screenings and health management, as a first point of contact for basic health concerns.
DISCOVERY WELLNESS TEST
Sr. Gouws, a qualified Professional Nurse, operates a clinic at Midstream Pharmacy offering the Discovery Wellness Test. This convenient assessment checks key health indicators—body mass index, blood pressure, blood glucose, cholesterol, and smoking status—to help identify potential health risks.
The test enables you to take control of your wellbeing through lifestyle changes and appropriate treatments. Completing just one test annually can significantly improve your long-term health. If any results fall outside the healthy range, it's advised to consult your doctor for further evaluation.
